The Client hereby appoints SAMRUDDHAN ADVISORS Pvt LTD to provide research recommendations entirely at Client's own risk, as per the terms outlined in this agreement. By availing our services, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to terms, including fee structure and payment mechanisms associated with services provided.

SAMRUDDHAN acts solely as research analyst/investment advisor and only funds received from clients are those necessary for delivery of research and advisory services.

The services provided are strictly in compliance with SEBI regulations, 2014.

No guaranteed or assured returns are offered. The performance of recommendations strictly are dependent on market conditions.

The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for the risks associated with equity investments and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

SAMRUDDHAN Advisors is not liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations or the client's reliance on our research/advisory recommendations.

Subscribers are required to provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. Any inaccuracies, omissions or misrepresentations in submitted information will be solely the responsibility of the subscriber.
